Archoil AR9100 Oil Additive (16oz) for All Vehicles

The Archoil AR9100 Friction Modifier is the solution for Power Stroke Stiction issues. The problem arises from deposits and wear in the HEUI injector, causing it to become stuck due to static friction, or 'stiction', which can prevent the injector from firing. This results in hard starting, rough idling, reduced power and response, bucking, and smoking in 6.0L and 7.3L Power Strokes until the engine is warmed up.

The solution is to add a 16oz bottle of AR9100 to every oil change to eliminate the hard start and drivability issues caused by HEUI injector misfires. AR9100 will clean out the HEUI injector deposits and create a friction-reducing film inside the injectors to ensure all eight injectors fire every time.

HEUI injectors use oil pressure to raise fuel pressure inside the injector. Engine oil is exposed to high temperatures and pressures in the spool valve, causing it to degrade and form deposits. These deposits and the resulting wear create 'stiction', which can prevent the injector from firing. AR9100 removes and disperses these deposits and forms a friction-reducing solid boundary lubricating film, eliminating the stiction issues.

For Power Stroke applications, use one 16oz bottle of AR9100 Friction Modifier to treat one Power Stroke. It is recommended to add AR9100 at every oil change. If adding to oil already in the engine, compensate for the volume of AR9100 by removing some oil from the crankcase if necessary.

AR9100 offers several benefits, including protecting and extending the life of engine components, smoother and quieter vehicle operation, keeping the engine clean, and extending oil drain intervals. It is suitable for use in all engines, including Cummins, Duramax, and Power Stroke.

The extreme pressure (EP) additive in AR9100 forms a solid boundary lubricating film on friction surfaces, providing excellent load-carrying ability under the most extreme operating conditions and ensuring strong protection of all engine components. The lubricating film formed by AR9100 also reduces friction, improving efficiency and power, and reducing heat and noise.

AR9100 will gently remove and disperse any sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits that have built up in the engine, and continuous use will keep the engine clean. The increased TBN of the oil and improved oxidative stability also help extend oil drain intervals.

The recommended treat rate for AR9100 is 1.2 oz per quart of engine oil, one 16 oz bottle to treat a Power Stroke, and 3.2 oz per quart for gear oil, hydraulic oil, and power steering fluid. It should be used at every oil change.
